My stay was 4 days. I had to ask for housekeeping each day and no one ever came to empty garbage or change towels & sheets. Finally our last day, after multiple complaints to several staff, our room was cleaned the last day

The gentlemen that worked the desk Saturday night went out of his way to accommodate my request for towels, washcloths, sheets and pillowcases.

This shouldn’t be a pay to park hotel. They don’t provide parking passes for people to hang or display on their dashboards to keep track, so anyone can park and leave freely even if not a hotel guest. Upon checkout I was asked about if we’d had a car there and we were charged (I could’ve simply said no). There was no notification that the pool wasn’t open. Their website says open year round and I specifically booked for the pool. A notice of there being a closure for maintenance during specific dates would have been helpful for me to decide if we wanted to stay there. Was very frustrated to be initially given a king room suite when I specifically booked a double queen for our family of four. Upon returning to front desk to fix the issue, I received a response as if I was wrong, then was told we could be moved to their last double queen suite as if they were doing me a favor. I double checked my booking and it absolutely shows the double queen suite. I’d done a lot of research to find one in that area for our specific dates with a pool only to be given the wrong room to start and learn that the pool was not open/available.
