I reported manager due to her atrocious attitude and behavior when we originally checked in. Then because we complained to corporate, she asked us to leave saying they had the right to refuse service. This was targeted and racially motivated

We were in a musty room without power due to the storms in Dallas. Water came in through the AC unit so the carpet was soaked. Nobody ever came to inform or check on us to make sure we were safe

The smell of the hotel was horrible. They had no vending machines or ice machines. You couldn’t even get extra towels or rags because they didn’t clean them. No one refreshed anything the whole 4 days we were there.

The TV stations and one of the girls that work at the front desk. Cheap price for the kitchen room

Dishwasher overflowed. Kitchen sink overflowed.But they were fixed quick. The girl that works in the morning is kinda rude and just keeps quoting the hotel rules instead of talking like a human.
