Fire alarm started going off around 3:45am No smoke anywhere and no one would answer at the front desk. It stayed on approximately 10 minutes and went off. This process repeated 2 or 3 more times. Front desk was rude upon check out about the situt

had to call from my personal phone to inform the hotel that my toilet was stopped up, and plunge the toilet, and I havent even used it yet. The phone in the room did not work..I had to wait for receptionist open the door to enter the hotel to check in.
