I wouldn't know what to say I like when I was watching TV I could only see one Chanel and the bathroom only one set of towels and did not get offered more no microwave or refrigerator there's alot of questionable areas and even more because the elevator does not work so I hope your ready for a work out they don't like straight to the 3rd floor

The whole experience was awful.
Negatives:
The A/C in the room was not working in a weather of 100+ degrees. We asked to be moved to a different room and the answer from Adam at front desk was NO, since we were in the room for more than 10 minutes. He also refused to let me talk to a manager and threatened to tase me if I kept insisting. Adam said he has my information, which I don't know how he planned to use it. We decided to leave. I will be insisting for a refund of my money.
