Positives: The people were nice to switch rooms. Other than that not recommending to others

Negatives: I had checked in to hotel and had bought two rooms , one room was clean AS IT COULD BE and the other was DIRTY and even had to SWITCH ROOMS !!! It was DISGUSTING walking into a hotel to find this . Luckily they moved us to another room but the smell of SEWAGE did not go away , it smelled terrible , was going to ask for refund but I didn’t have another place lined up! Honestly it smelled so bad that I couldn’t sleep . So the stay over all was just not great , and not even classified as good . Will probably not stay again.

Positives: Location and the woman that checked us in was amazing. I think her name was Danny. She was alone and still stayed ontop of everything. There was line everyone I come through for her and she was quick but it was a full hotel last night.

Negatives: Broken bathroom door no conditioner no lotion expensive items every time the microwave turned in the lamps shut off the toilet wouldn’t flush the elevator was very scary to my lil ones and the beds were not comfy

Negatives: Door lock broke and I was locked out of room for awhile and my dogs were trapped inside. They didn’t offer any discount but did offer a new room, but kind of useless as my dog and suitcase was inside the room!!
