The cleanliness. It was disgusting there was dirt all the in the bathroom blood on the bathtub and floor and a standing pee pile on the floor by the toilet. The bed sheets were dirty and there was hair and pee on them as well as the bedside table was filthy

there was no toilet paper upon arrival. they double booked my room so someone happened to walk into my fiancé and i’s room. the tv was broken. the pool was very dirty and cloudy. the floor felt as if it wasn’t swept and mopped properly before we got there. we had to pay for parking on top of paying for a room.

This place charged a 15.00 per car fee to park. They took a deposit for missing items and was certain to tell each person that checked in that they inventory the room. All rooms are outside entrance Even though charged for parking it was difficult to park.

Nothing this was the worst experience with a hotel I’ve ever had.

The room was disgusting when we checked in so much that we had to leave again so they could reclean it and still it was not that clean nor was there any soap, or shampoo in the bathroom. As well as the wifi didnt work.
