Positives:
I absolutely loved the staff, and the room itself. Was very clean.
Negatives:
Everything was great.

The food could have been a little warmer and more of it. Needed more seating for people eating and staff could have been wiping down tables as they become available. The food was good just not enough of it for the amount of guests.
Negatives:
When we arrived it looked like we had booked into a homeless shelter. A group of people had broke down and were making themselves and their families at home in your lobby as guests were trying to check in and it almost made us want to cancel and go to another hotel we had people asking us for money and it made us very uncomfortable.

It was somewhat difficult to find as its completely behind a different hotel. It needs to be refurbished. Our room was on the sixth floor, multiple large dark stains on the carpet. Almost no water pressure. The shower made a horrible, squealing noise when we pulled up on the plunger to activate the shower and it took several minutes each time to get it to stop making the noise. None of the outlets on the provided USB port worked for charging of anything. Our toilet constantly ran and we had to continually take the lid off and make adjustments to get it to stop running. The breakfast was sorely lacking, not good at all. Even for an included with your stay situation. It is close to Six Flags, which worked for us. And most of the employees we interacted with were kind and helpful.

The location was easy to access and close to all the big attractions. We could see AT&T Stadium and Six Flags from our window.
Negatives:
The shower did not function properly. There was a stain on one of the comforters. There was a hair in the bathtub. No microwave in the room.
