Negatives:
Too much for the room. It was modest accommodations, water heater was noisy. Breakfast was waffles. Staff was not very friendly and neither greeted or thanked us.

Location was great and was mostly clean
Negatives:
Breakfast was poor and very limited in choices, orange juice not refilled on several mornings. When coming back in evenings staff lounging around in waiting areas on phone calls or watching sports. Also quite alot of noise from other guests slamming doors during the night but I understand this is out of staff control
