The room wasnt clean, there was stuff on the walls. We found a cockroach by the microwave. (After that we lect)

Was not very clean because of short staffing, no breakfast items other than bread and waffles because no order was made, elevator was broken and had been for a while. Had to request getting garbage dumped in room and to get any new towels. Pool was green!

I was quite frustrated when upon arrival there was no-one at the desk: calling and knocking didn't seem to work. The elevator wasn't working, there were sticky spots on the carpet and the window was cracked. Had trouble sleeping due to doors banging.
