Negatives: the room is dirty; the chairs broken and dirty

Negatives: The facility was not clean, needs lots of fixing. If you are pet friendly, why have carpet? The carpet looked like it was installed on opening of the hotel and has stayed. Walls need paint, toilet didn’t flush, curtains had holes, shower didn’t work, bathroom smelled of poop, bedskirts had something on it. Overall hotel should shut down and go in with a team and get everything changed and fixed.

Negatives: Well the air conditioner makes a noise of an accordion upon shutting down… Got used to it though

Negatives: The room was not cleaned thoroughly. It smelled like sour clothes whenever you walked in. Housekeeping should do a much better job with cleaning after use. We found clothes sitting in the window behind the curtains after opening them. We also noticed 3 drops of blood on one of the bed sheets that my son and husband slept in! The shower head in the bathroom is full of mold & dirt.

Negatives: Horrible strong smell of weed as soon as you walk in the door to the hotel. Rooms smell like mold and feel wet and humid. They don’t look like the pictures online at all. Went to get breakfast with our baby and was told we could not take the breakfast out of the lobby. There was a sign posted that said: Breakfast is only allowed in lobby area. Please do not take breakfast in guest rooms. There was no high chair available for our baby and the man from the front desk refused to let us take the food back to our room. He kept asking us our room number and tried to follow us back as if he was going to keep our deposit. He was extremely rude and aggressive. This “policy” was not listed anywhere on the website when the hotel was booked. It only stated that breakfast was included. Outside food was allowed to be brought into the hotel, but people could not take the breakfast to their rooms.

Negatives: I had to change rooms 3 times. The first room didn’t have a tv and it also had a smell. The second room I was placed in was a disgusting mess. The carpet was nasty it has red Stains and also piece was missing out of it. Then the tub was disgusting and the room also had a smell. The 3rd room I was placed in was okay but also had a smell and the toilet was leaking. I mentioned it to the front desk but nothing was done about it. Also we couldn’t bring our breakfast to the room or we would be charged an additional price for it. That’s insane

Negatives: Room smelt like cigarettes and marijuana. Bed felt like a rock.
