We really enjoyed the options for their breakfast choice. It was a very well stacked well organized. I think with the amount of events that we had planned we didnt get to utilize a lot of the amenities and it looked very nice. We did at least see.
Negatives:
Check-in 45 minutes, they couldnt find the name, they had a different credit card than what I have charged the room with. Once that was resolved it was smooth sailing.

The hotel staff except for housekeeping were amazing. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly and the young lady manager who was on duty went above and beyond I appreciated that

The housekeeper accused me of smoking in the rooms because they found an cigar I'm the room I got as a party favor from a party I attended a day before and I sure it was because I forgot to leave a tip which cause them to put a $250 charge to my account I didn't like that at all..I am not required to leave a tip especially when I didn't get my room cleaned or clean towels the whole time was there.

Nothing everyone was helpful from start to finish. Leo & Brian i think his name was correct me if Im wrong. Its the two that were assisting us upon check in. Wasnt aware of the deposit tho until I checked in but its all good we were just happy to not be in a hot house with the power outages we had.
