Positives: Location and airport shuttle was good. Front desk person was excellent and friendly.

Negatives: Rooms looked and smelled old and very dated. This property needs a soft goods, paint and furniture refresh. Even the sheets were yellow and aged-looking.

Positives: It was very quiet and peaceful. Valencia at the front desk was ABSOLUTELY amazing and very accommodating. I had a little hiccup with my stay on the first night (she knows what i,m talking about..lol) but she made sure that I was good. She also gave me recommendations of where to go in Houston.. The rest of the hotel staff was very nice and friendly..breakfast was great.. Location was great as well, I was within 10-20 mins away from everything.most def would stay again.

Positives: We only stayed in the room and it was nice and comfortable and spacious. We didn't go down for breakfast either day but our family did and they enjoyed it. The pool was open so that was a bonus. The staff was great from front desk helping with my reservation before arriving to checking in all the way to the housekeepers. The 12 check out was great.

Negatives: Our entire family was on the 2nd floor and all weekend whomever was on the 3rd floor was annoying. They must have had kids with them because it sounded like a playground up there. It was very disturbing and loud even late hours of the night. We wanted to ask for another room the 1st night but all of our family was staying there and they were full.
