Checkout is at 11 am. Little earlier than in other places. 12 or 1 would have been better.
Breakfast is not great and not bad. It's passable. There were enough cold options such as cereal, muffins, yogurt, juice, etc. Hot options were few and didn't taste very good, but it was ok.
Breakfast ends at 9:30 AM. It might work for most just fine. However, I would prefer it to be 11 or even 12. Most places I've stayed at serve breakfast until later.
Heater/AC unit was outdated and very loud. Also, the thermostat was unusually confusing.
Overall, this is one of the very few cases where I have found booking rating to not match the actual experience. I've stayed at another hotel in Houston of the same price point that had a booking rating in high 7s, and my experience staying there was far better than this location.
