The price was super affordable and the staff were nice.
Negatives:
There were a bunch of roaches everywhere, it was very uncomfortable. The lighting in the room was super bad, it was hard to see anything I had to use the light on my phone to do almost anything. The floors were super dirty always walk with shoes on in that place. Sheets were not changed and the shower had 1 temperature which was scorching hot no temperature difference no matter how much you adjusted it. There was rat poop in the ac unit which made obscene noises through the night. The roaches had been there a long time as they were infested inside electronics including the AC unit screen.

Positives:
Stayed for Rolling Stones concert. Location to NGR Stadium was great about a 20 minute 1 1/4 mile walk (avoided $40 parking fee). Around the corner about a 8 minute walk a great pre-concert bar - Red River Ice House. They hosted a pre-concert get together with free food spread, probably the same for football, rodeo and other events.
Hotel room was large. Comfortable firm bed. TV with multiple channels all working. Standard small bathroom but good water and temperature control for shower. Area was pretty decent with fast food and convenience store very nearby. All in all a good no frills basic accommodation fair for price paid, you want more pay for the next level of hotel.
Negatives:
Large room but empty. Just a bed and counter desk with 1 chair under wall hung TV. There is no mini fridge, microwave, table or lounge/living room type chair. Basic budget economy type towels but no shampoo and/or conditioner bottles or packs, you do get 2 small soaps that are in wrapper. There may be an ice machine somewhere but I didn't look and I don't remember if there was an ice bucket on the room sink counter by the bathroom.

No microwave no coffee pot no mini fridge no blow dryer iron soap barley had a towel not impressed. Asked the lady upfront why there were absolutely no amenities... Thought maybe the room was robbed from the last overnight guest

They are rubbish for cleaning. I was there for 6 days and of those only 1 time they did cleaning, my wife had to do the cleaning because our children couldn't be in the dirty, this hotel is not recommended at all,
