Our air was on 68 and it did not get cool the entire stay. On Saturday night our toilet clogged up. Sunday morning my mama went and asked for a plunger for the toilet and the desk clerk gave her one instead of sending maintenance up to check it out. Also, my mama asked for some tissue and was told that she would have to come down and get it on Sunday morning when the housekeepers cleaned our room on Saturday while we were out. They should have left extra tissue since the bathroom was down to one roll knowing that we had another night to go before check out.
