Between Tuesday, May 7th, 2024 at midnight and Saturday, May 11th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Saturday, May 11th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Chicago), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after May 11, you will still be charged for the full amount.
