If this is the tone for Mcallen then this town is the friendiest in America! Such a good start to my trip. A big thank you to everyone who works here. You made my stay extra special!

The staff were very cool and helpful, the hotel and room were clean and comfortable, and not a bad location

Unfortunately the shower had a very low water pressure, so I wasn't able to enjoy it. I really hope that could be sorted out as it's important to have a good strong shower after a long trip. If that could be fixed, I'd definitely stay again

The property is located in an excellent location! Perfect for shopping and eating plus it’s in a safe zone.

Parking is limited, also the beds/pillows are extremely old and uncomfortable so you’ll miss out on a lot of quality sleep.

Yes this place charged me double once on my debit then again on credit card and they are refusing to refund me this place sucks I asked for 1 extra comforter because my wife is always cold and the REFUSED to give it me a light was out in the room I told them they said nothing was able to be done
