Positives:
Nothing. They did accept my prt however they refused to give me a downstairs room for him and I could not bring his cage up the broken stains.
Negatives:
Our room was not able to be locked. The doors to all the rooms were propped open. The adjoining interior doors had locks removed. So anyone could just walk up from the beach and enter any room in the hotel and walk into ours using the interior door. We did this often because our room key never worked anyway and the attendant refused to bring us a new key. The ac did not work so the floor was wet due to humidity. Be aware that there are no soaps or hair dryers nor coffee in the room. The property is under HEAVY renovations. You will not be able to sleep, will smell fumes, will not be able to lock doors. Only one working stairwell.

Room 108 was next to the laundry room ,and someone was using the laundry room. After 3 a.m., he opened the door and closed it many times with very loudly so we couldn't sleep all night long .

The only complaint was the bathtub was chipping. Family environment and comfortable beds. I've been coming here since I was a kid. Now I share it with my kids!

Twice now i have booked and paid for my room at this location And did not get what i booked or paid for..
I booked a king deluxe smoking room with kitchnette both times i was given a standard king room non smoking no kitchenettee. When i asked front desk about getting correct room. They wanted to charge additioal $50. Then turned around and said they dont have a deluxe king smoking room with kitchenett which was a lie straiggt to my face. Because i had booked 2 room 2months pervuios and my husvand and i stayed in the king deleuxe smoking with kichentte. DON'T BOOK COUSTMERS ROOMs YOU WILL NOT PROVIDE! I PAIDED FOR ONE ROOM AND GOT SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. Which i sad because i'm a repeat coustmer
