location was right on water, good fishing spot for those who fish. free internet, free coffee, room seemed to be cleaned and in good shape.

loose toilet, toilet paper holder barely on wall, bath tub spout looked like it could break off when turning on shower, mold on inside shower curtain, bathroom air vent needs to be cleaned.

It was probably a decent stay. I wouldn't know since I wasn't even in the same STATE as the person using my email address to make a fake account in order to book their trip. But I am happy after I contacted the hotel about this issue they called me the next morning to confirm with me that the credit card being used wasn't mine.
Negatives:
I don't like that someone made an account on Booking.Com using MY email address, without a confirmation being required to book rooms at hotels across the country from me. Or that after I created my account to check if they used any other personal information that now I am getting emails in MY name (because I actually created the account afterward so others can't use my email address again for it) asking how my stay was when the name entered was someone with the last name of David.

The Fishing Pier is great! Location Perfect. Family Friendly environment,staff is pleasant.

Yes, for the first time I saw two roaches in the bathroom coming from the fixture above needs caulking around that area Rm 238, leaking A/C outside rooms with small ice bucket container over-filling could cause a slip and fall safety issue.
