Staff was nice and place was clean. Didn’t see homeless or problem people hanging around and was really secure feeling in the parking lot and facilities. Very positive experience. Thanks and will be back to stay at the facilities again.
Negatives:
Ice cream vending machine out of operation for seems a long time. Might want to replace it or simply move it out but wasn’t that big of a problem. Just wanted to mention the issue.

I booked the room way...

The fact that they towed my truck and trailer because it was on the grass after a person told me I could park there. Guy at the front counter was a complete fool!

My car got towed away because my handicapped hanger slipped off the mirror. The motel let their tow away contractor tow my car. It cost me 365 dollars to get my car out of jail.
I had already had a bad experience checking in when it took them an hour and a half to get our room ready.
To make matters worse. The sink was stopped up and my wife cleaned out the drain of old hair and plastic. The shower drain was stopped up too with old hair and God knows what else.
The air conditioner didn't operate properly either.
I was supposed to have a king bed (I thought) it was a queen size. Tonight I'm staying in a holiday Inn express 40 miles down the road and it's a king suite and a great room. It's also less money.

It was close to Texas motor speedway. We were there for race wknd.
Negatives:
The staff was rude. There is mold on the ceiling in the shower. The carpet in the hallway smelled bad. Just those things in general. And the policy for late checkout, they charge $30 per hour for not being out at 11am the next day or whenever u checkout.
