Just a perfect stay
Positives:
I've been staying at this Hotel for about 4 vacation trips now. Breakfast variety is great and staff kept attention to low quantity items. Have always liked the spacious rooms.
Negatives:
Last visit there was no charge for parking, this charge will definitely make me reconsider booking here again. Bar was closed for renovations and new carpet was being installed in lobby during our stay. Couple in room 314 had kids that were very loud way into the nights. Price for 4day stay was excessive $1500

Positives:
I always choose a hotel that has breakfast, and this did not disappoint. I like that the hotel wasn't exceptionally large, and it wasn't a skyscraper. Overall it was quiet. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. One gave us recommendations for places to eat, and the one who checked us out was especially cheerful and helped us leave with a positive feeling.
Negatives:
The wi-fi was spotty. It was completely out one night, so we weren't able to get any work done. After that, we had to keep reconnecting every 15 minutes or so. The room was clean, but there was hair left over in the bathroom when we got there. I know how hard that is to get though!

Room was new. Clean. Location was great for the price. Good hearty breakfast with lots of choices
Negatives:
Was under construction at the time we stayed (assuming by now it's finished) so if you thought you could rest in your room during the day, forget it. It was anxiety and nerve wracking with the constant nonstop noise. There are literally no drawers/dressers anywhere in the room. Just 2 shelves and a very small hanging area so with 3 people there was nowhere to actually unpack clothing.

Nice accommodations, good breakfast, the couch made into a bed, view was Riverwalk and easy walking distance to shopping, sight seeing, etc.
Negatives:
Lobby area was WAAAAY too small for that size hotel (we never had a place to sit to eat), bed was flat and not comfortable, the shower had really low pressure, you have to step into the shower to be able to close the door to use the toilet (door was too close to toilet) and terrible lighting for women to put on makeup.
