Negatives: I found hair on the floor, walls, and countertops in the bathroom. I found specks of blood on the sheets, I did let the front office know and they responded quickly but I was very disappointed because it seemed like cleaning had just left the room. The walls were very thin and very noisy. You could hear children running, crying as well as the shower and water flowing through the walls from other rooms. Asked for cleaning to empty trash and fresh towels before leaving for the day's activities, we got back and neither had been completed. Breakfast was not good and only visited the first day. The breakfast area was not clean, I had to grab a cup of hot water to wipe the tables for my family to sit at. A lady was assisting with breakfast and held my plate during serving, fingers touched the food. No sanitary stations close to food, so I was very disappointed. Had to buy supplies at the nearest dollar store to clean the room, I asked for another room due to the problems and the front desk said that all rooms had been booked. Chlorine in the pool burned your eyes as you entered the area, too much for us to swim and the pool is way smaller than pictured on the website.
