Positives: Not a damn thing. I made a reservation. I traveled to TEXAS where I have never been. I traveled ALONE. I got there at 11pm Only to find that they chose to CANCEL my reservation without telling me a word. I got a CRAPPY Response from booking.com that said nothing but sorry for the inconvenience. Nobody called, emailed... NOTHING! THEY ACTUALLY SENT ME A REMINDER TO CHECK IN EARLY. I had to find and Air bnb and BEG a stranger to let me stay. Booking.com has let me down and the hotel is garbage. Don't use either
