Positives: I liked the room itself. And the location.

Negatives: The smoke detector in my room had a dead battery. So the smoke detector chirped VERY loud at least 3 times a minute during my stay. The desk didnt care about how dissatisfied I was either.

Positives: Remodeled, updated, nicely designed and decorated rooms. New furniture and great desk chair. Everything worked well.

Negatives: Tile floor in the room was dirty. The floor needs scrubbed with several buckets of clean water. The breakfast is very basic with no decaf. The total charge was $99. This is expensive for this type of accommodation and amenities.
