Good location and pet friendly

The office lady was very rude regarding our room having dog hair all over the floor from a previous occupant. She stated well its a dog room and if I didnt like it she would refund me. It was ten at night and I had two kids and a small breed dog so I wasnt going to leave that late. Never bothered to offer house keeping to come in at that point. Also the room smelled like mildew or mold. Again it was a last minute trip and options were limited. On Saturday around 2:00 pm someone finally came and swept and mopped and it smelled better but proved the room wasnt properly cleaned after previous occupants. Bed covers had holes as well. This establishment also shows a pool Ive stayed previously and pool is never open for use. Its clean and pretty but never open to public.
