I know this is a smoke free hotel but you can smell cigarettes in the entrance because people smoke outside should put a smoke station few feet away from main entrance and blankets looks very old should be replaced soon

The staff on duty!! Very rude, lethargic or lazy (girl with pink hair) appeared uninterested in working. I requested an early check in at 1:00 p.m. room was not available yet, no problem, understandable. Your room will be ready after 3:00 p.m. We came back to check in after 3:00 p.m. numerous people checking in, waited about 15 minutes. My turn to check in, gave my name (had a reservation by way) the girl ( black curly hair) proceeded to tell me that I was lucky that a double was available at that time. I said excuse me, I have a reservation for a 3:00 p.m. check in. Yes, but rooms have been going fast and we had a lot of early check ins. I maintained my composure as angry as I was. This was my very first time in Waco and I came to support a friend with cancer. This was the WORSE and most unprofessional staff Ive encountered. I will NEVER stay at this location EVER again.
