We had a very bad experience of water dropping down from the roof to our bed when we were fast asleep. They gave us a new room in the middle of the night on some other floor. Worst experience anybody can have. There was no follow back or any queries about our situation.

Convenient location, older motel but...
Positives:
Angie at the front desk, was the nicest lady that I have ever met in a customer service position. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. She greeted us every time that we walked through the lobby and ask if we were doing good. The room was very clean and comfortable.
Negatives:
The breakfast area was a little busy and cramped. Food was also just ok.
