Negatives:
There are barn doors on the bathroom they don't allow for privacy. The bathroom is located close to the front door and will allow people walking past the room to hear you showering and using the bathroom. The hotel is not quiet you can hear everything happening in the hall, the room next door and the room above.

The staff were unknowledgeable, giving incorrect information multiple times. Manger never available outside of 9am - 5pm, and just a headache to try to change or get in accurate information.

Stayed before and had very friendly staff and a very clean room
Negatives:
The host was EXTREMELY abrasive and had to be interrupted off of his text conversation on his phone after standing at the desk, where he could see us for at least 3 minutes before he could possibly be burdened by doing his job. He also had a smart watch, which ALSO went off, and he paused to reply to at least a dozen times during check-in, seriously disrespectful. He was flat-out rude. I own a hospitality business, and aside from the mold in the shower..(DIDNT use it)..and hair all over bathroom and beds, HE turned me off from this property more than the hair and mold. We've stayed 4 xs here and never again. VERY rude and not worth the cost with what is close.

Confusing route to get there, even using GPS. You could see it but you had to go down and around to get to the right side of the road. Getting out was no problem. Breakfast was good. Staff was superb. Also need another chair in the room. We like to play cards and had to go downstairs to find a place to play. Mostly good experience. Appreciate the cleanliness.
