Negatives:
The floor was still dirty. I could see a footprint by the bed between the bed and the window. There was still water spots on the bathroom floor and dog hair everywhere on the floor. The floor mat in the bathroom was wet and had a black spot in the middle of it when we put it down on the floor, it is like it was just put back on the rack. The toilet seat was dirty as well, i wiped off a lair of sand off the seat.

Staffed shut off access to my room before checkout . Checkout isn't until noon and we left. Few minutes sfter 11 and I couldn't get bzck in. They even knocked twice.

The only thing I liked about the hotel was the young lady that checked us in. She was very understanding of our issues the night of check in and had no bad attitude towards us for expressing how unclean our room was. the night clerk @ checkout was rude.
Negatives:
The uncleanliness of everything, the hot breakfast was cold and not adequately filled for the amount of guests in the area. Most of the staff seemed to not speak English, which made communicating very hard. Also didnt like the bad attitude of staff.

The bed frames are the worst with very sharp corners causing shin injuries. Mattress were awful,-old and worn so you would roll right off. Sheets had someone else's hair on them but seemed clean. Breakfast is run of the mill. Furniture is very cheap. There is no microwave or hot water/coffee maker. No closet, no drawers.

All of the front desk and maid service was impeccable and very respectable to me.Every one of the employees that work at the TRU Hilton were very helpful and took care of any question or concern I had. I would stay here anytime I'm in Lehi area hands down all around GREAT experience! I highly recommend anybody in the Lehi, West Highland area look into the TRU Hilton west of I-15 Freeway. I needed to book earlier to reserve the nights and rooms I was seeking. Live and learn. Thanks again to the the person that does the hiring here at Tru Hilton it was a Great Experience. If I had my own hotel I would hire the exact same people to take care of my customers they were trained correctly and properly informed of what their job entails thank you again, bye.

I couldn't book a week straight in advance once I realized how good of an experience it was going to be but I won't make that mistake again. I have stayed in the most expensive nicest four star five star hotels in the country and I would rather stay here than any of those snobby places.

Noise was crazy from the freeway into our room. Huge computer problems at hotel. We got locked out + prepaid reservation cancelled in middle of stay. Nightmare to get resolved. Still seeing odd charges in card
