It was filthy. There are people staying here long term. It smells like smoke and cat urine. There were bugs in the bedding and room. It was absolutely gross. We couldn't stay here because the smell was so bad it permeated our clothing and my daughter and I couldn't breathe without gagging. The bedding had blood on it, was obviously unwashed. There was urine on the floor in the bathroom and hair was everywhere in there. The sink, tub, floor ect. Upon canceling, the manager wouldn't listen to me or refund our stay. I took pictures too. The "residents" here were smoking in the hallway 5 feet from the door of or non smoking room. Worst place I've EVER been in.

The room was clean and the microwave, fridge and coffeemaker all worked. The air conditioner worked as well but was a little loud. It is a cost effective property that worked for us.
Breakfast was included and was fine. You could cook up waffles, toast. Some fruit and individual containers of yogurt were also available along with coffee.
