We had to change rooms because the toilet in our room broke and overflowed all over. It was a huge pain.
Negatives:
We had to change our room twice due to the toilet being broken in the first room. We weren't able to use the pool or hottub because someone vomited in it. My kids were very disappointed and it really made the stay not worth it. The pool is the main reason my kids love to stay in hotels. They didn't give us any sort of discount or even find another pool close by we could use instead. I feel like we should have at least gotten a free coffee or something for the inconvenience.

The room was very basic and Booking charged way over the going rate. We would have paid $218 for a $149 room. Not a good value. We checked out right after we saw the room and did not stay there. Ive stayed in Hilton hotels all over the world and never had an experience like this one. My wife said she could not stay in the room.

The breakfast was okay. I would have preferred scrambled eggs instead of an omelette. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Noisy travelers walking through the hallway to their rooms woke me up a couple of times.

Overall it was a nice, comfortable experience.
Positives:
This is a new property and well appointed. The lobby was great especially for groups or families. Large space for luggage (skis, etc) and plenty of small groups seating areas and a pool table.
Negatives:
There should be a limit to the number of kids in the jacuzzi. I think I counted 12!

It was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. The pool area was clean and my daughter had a blast swimming in the heated pool. Every person that we interacted with at the front desk was kind and happy! When you walked by they would say HI with a smile on their face. We would definitely stay there again.
