Negatives: Shower was low and had no pressure

Negatives: The room had a odor. Kind of overwhelming

Negatives: Rudest front desk, I go to check in and there was a sign that said back in 10 minutes. When I made my reservation it was for a night and a park and ride. I specifically called the location direct to make sure that was correct, I was told yes, I said I need to be at the airport at 4 am, do you run that early, I was told yes. When I get there I was told they would shuttle, but I could not leave my car there. I told the very rude clerk, that I was told that I could, other than stand there and stare at me, she offered no solution, no apologies for the wrong information I received from one of there employees. That left me scrambling on what to do with my car. Worse customer service. Pay a little extra and go down the road to get good service, cleaner, nice friendly at the Doubletree.

Negatives: First room we wer given smelled like a cross between cigar smoke and bleech. The second room smelled also strongly like cleaner, but better than the first.

Negatives: Ice machine on the 2nd floor

Negatives: The 6.45 am shuttle to the airport was cancelled at the last moment. This was disappointing and could have turned out to be very costly if it meant a missed flight.

Negatives: Location was away from amenities but hotel next door had a great little bar and restaurant.

Negatives: The elevator is very slow and small, even though there are only 2 floors. It's better to take the stairs. Breakfast ends at 9 a.m., which is very early. It is still a 10-15 minute drive to the airport.
