Positives: lobby and eating area were in good shape. Parking area was well lit. There was a hot breakfast every day, which was mediocre, but included. The waffles were pretty good. The coffee vending machine that gave hot coffee 24/7 was really nice to have in the lobby.

Negatives: We had to have our door keys re-made about 10 times in 3 night stay because they would only work for one or two uses then they would not work any longer. The bed was very hard, almost like no mattress, just box spring. At breakfast the eggs were obviously powdered and soupy, and the sausage was microwaved, so the texture was pretty gross. Found blood spot on one of the pillow cases about the size of a quarter. Our door didn't feel very secure, and the chain lock looked like it had been kicked in a time or two and moved on the door.

Positives: Staff was super nice and helpful. They arranged a shuttle to the airport at 3:45 am. One of the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in.. It may not be the newest hotel on the block but it is very clean and in good shape. At almost half the price of the newer ones, it's a no brainer.

Positives: Breakfast was delicious. The beds were very comfortable. The bar and grill Amelia's next door was delicious and reasonably priced. Located close to the freeway. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Negatives: Only stayed overnight. There was nothing to dislike.

Positives: Checkout staff, he was super nice and professional. Room and hotel was clean.

Negatives: The check in staff wasn’t rude but she acted as if she hated her job. It wasn’t a pleasant experience. In room coffee pot was awful. Need a real pot. The big coffee pot in lobby must keep your staff busy cleaning the floor all the time. The sign that says stop pouring at 1/3 cup full isn’t noticeable, especially for people without first cup of coffee. People pull the lever and figure they know when to stop it. So coffee pours all over the floor. Really stupid pouring method.
