Positives: I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with my room! Clean, spacious and comfortable!! For the price, I couldn’t be happier!! I’ll definitely stay here again!
Negatives: My only complaint. My room had a locked door to the next room, however, the people in there weren’t aware that I could hear them. The next morning, the housekeeper was in there, on a personal call for 15 minutes, and I had to hear that call, and it was loud enough that I could hear the person on the other end of the phone! Point is, advise staff to be professional!

Positives: I checked out several days early and was supposed to get a refund and they never gave it to me. I went to the desk and checked out like I was advised and they didn't note that I checked out I am very frustrated, I did not mean to book those many days and can't afford to loose that kind of money.
Negatives: That price line and the motel said I could check out early and get some if my money back

Positives: The room looked modern and was decently comfortable, the bed was cozy, not to soft, easy to sleep in. The chair in the room felt a bit stiff, but wasn't bad.
Negatives: There isn't much to complain about, it was good room, especially for the price of the stay.
