Hotel was good for the price. Check-in was quick and easy, Hailey at the front desk was always helpful and and friendly. Located in a great area. Liked the full kitchen in room, did not have dishes but just had to ask front desk for some.

I paid online for this room with booking.com. When I arrived, I had to pay another $291.00 to get a key. The attendant said something about a virtual card which she said was denied. The next morning, I went to desk to find out more. The gentleman that was working did a little investigating , couldnt find why I was charged twice so he refunded me the second charge. I called booking.com and got the run around with no help from them. They actually did not tell the truth. Booking.com told me that she called the front desk to find out the problem. She told me on the phone no one answered the phone. Little did she know I was at the front desk the whole time. The phone did not ring.

The gentleman at the front desk was the a complete jerk. He actually to several people who had paid reservations. They didn't have any rooms . Then proceeded to tell them to go away. Where he didn't care just leave. The worst part was they had rooms. He was just to lazy or maybe
he enjoyed telling people to go away . Getting some sort of sick pleasure from the crushed look in their faces. When confronted he would dare you to call his boss spitting out the name often This review he won't care the jackaxx told me to do it.I waited 2 1/2 hours for my room to be ready. Then was told it would be comped for the wait. The next morning I asked about the room comp he laughed "she can't do that' and proceeded to tell me there was no way I was getting one. Overall 2 out of 10 I won't stay at that one again.

The employee mentioned above is /was training these people. So not only do you have a complete ass at the forefront of your business. This person is spreading his go die in a hole attitude to all his fellow employees. Toxic .

I requested a room next to a side exit, and when I checked in I was told the side exits were all alarmed and no one was allowed to exit or enter through the doors. The first night I was there, someone activated the alarm at 5:00 a.m. and when I went to front desk to request the alarm be turned off, there was no staff to turn off alarm. The alarm stayed on until 8:30 when the hotel manager came in, and he was extremely rude, and accused me of activating the alarm when it was not true, and he threatened to charge me a fine. I was very upset with his callous and uncaring attitude and he refused to refund me money if I chose to leave the hotel that day, so I ended up staying there for the 2nd night, and the alarm was activated 3 more times that I am aware of. I will never stay there ever again.
