Very disappointing experience! Construction noise non stop. Drilling and loud noises. We left early. It would have been nice if we were told about this beforehand. My husband has tinnitus and he was negatively affected by this.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was told the room I had booked with two beds was unavailable so they accommodated me with two king bed rooms for the night. I was then harassed on day 2 about coming back to switch rooms while I was out on vacation.

The sheets on the bed were dirty. A blanket arrived an hour later. The breakfast was not stocked as well as other places and the staff was in the kitchen watching his phone. 20 adults in hot tub for at least 4 hours so kids couldnt use.

Breakfast was awful. Spa was closed by the health department. Outside door security lock to enter hotel was broken so anyone could enter you didnt need a room key. Wall paper in bathroom was peeling off. Staff was great very accommodating and nice .

There was some construction going on but the mess was very minimal. Such things to be expected to keep the property looking good.

The room door also did not open easily nor did it fully close on its own. Probably due to the splintering condition to the edge of the door.

The room was large and beds comfortable. Fairly close to many things. Breakfast had a wide selection, though the pancake machine wasn't working. Breakfast staff were great!

There was a huge inch wide line of caulk all around the bathroom sink and some unpatched holes in the wall, kind of strange. Require a $20 deposit, which is fine, just would have been nice to know
