Positives:
Staff friendly, room was clean and spacious.
Negatives:
Breakfast quality and variety (both poor) do not align with the room rate (360$). Very disapointed.
The sofa bed is incredibly inconfortable, and located 10 inches close to the air conditionning.
The snacks at th rception are NOT free (candies : 5$)
Pool water was full of dead insects, unsure how often the water is skimmed.
Air conditionning is noisy and can not be switched of.
Extremely bad price for value.
Note to the hotel : please do not respond "We are sorry, and WE hope you will come again" : it's ridiculous.
All the value goes to Hilton's stockholders, none to the customer.

Positives:
The room at first blush is clean and the beds were comfortable. Storage was decent. We liked that it had a fridge.
Negatives:
The electricity went off entirely in the middle of the night. When we woke up to use the bathroom, the room was completely pitch dark. We had to feel around for our phones to provide some light. By morning the electricity was back on, but the Wi-Fi was out. Worst of all, when we tried to shower, the shower did not work at all. We didnt have time to get it fixed because we needed to leave.

Proximity to shuttle, restaurants and shops; friendly staff; no long wait for an elevator.
Negatives:
No bar due to strict alcohol laws in Utah... not the hotel's fault. Not a big deal as we came to hike in Zion, not drink
