Great, convenient hotel for UVM...

Close to airport.
Room was decent size.

No one answers the phone or responds to text messages.
I needed a shuttle from the airport, but couldn't contact anyone to arrange it. Had to pay $20 for Uber.
I stayed 2 nights. They didn't clean my room after the first night. No new towels, sheets or supplies.
Breakfast was included in my booking but, when I had an early departure time, they couldn't provide a sack breakfast (I would've been happy with a muffin and a fruit). They did offer to sell me something, however.
Mattress was soft and lumpy. No good for someone with back problems.

only one elevator and I have slight mobility issues… the room was probably as far away from the elevator as it possibly could be and still be in the building which made it tough for me. also the room i had was directly next door to a supply room or something like that so we got to listen to a door opening and closing nonstop

Our room had a connecting door to another room; we didn't use this, and the door remained closed and locked, but it had basically no sound isolation, so the very loud neighbors who were up chatting and laughing until late at night were very distracting.
