Negatives:
We had a serious issue arise in our room and had to be moved to a new room after wed already stayed 3 nights in the 1st room. The staff handled everything really well, and they were amazing, but I cant recommend the hotel, only their exceptional staff.
Negatives:
the smell. whatever disinfectant that they used throughout just made me think of the very thing they were trying to cover up
