Présence d'insectes au restaurant et dans la chambre.
We had the opportunity to spend a stay in this establishment with insects both in the room and also during breakfast. A shame for the Hyatt chain and a worrying health problem, especially in the restaurant area. I was in contact with Hyatt customer service to whom I showed several photos and videos but this was taken lightly and nothing was done to resolve my problem and satisfy the customer. Never again...I plan to alert the authorities because Hyatt does not take my complaint up to the seriousness of the problem!
