Everything had run out of the breakfast on Saturday and we had to eat at IHOP. We were told that bus full of middle schoolers came through unexpectedly. Also our toilet would not flush Friday evening. when my husband went to the front desk for help he was told that there wasnt anyone available to fix it. My husband asked for a plunger to unclog it himself. We were told our room charges would be reduced by $50 and that wed be credited for the breakfast not being available as well as being given additional Bonvoy points. I have not seen the too
and breakfast credits. when can we expect to see them on our statement?

We were in town to celebrate my aunts 89th birthday and the hotel (minus a few glitches) was very comfortable.
Positives:
I was most happy with the water pressure/hot water available in the shower and with the bed and linens being comfortable. Staff seemed attentive and very pleasant for our limited interactions.
Negatives:
The room window only had sheers with tiny blackout curtains not movable/only for appearance which was upsetting because the window faced a parking lot that was lit up very brightly so that even with the lights off it was like daylight. Get real curtains!
