Things were broke in the room iron, remote to the tv and the phone. Asked a house keeper if she could clean my room and she said “ no i clean it tomorrow ( i was leaving the day she said she was cleaning it) Pool water looked very dirty and the pool area lights were very dim and there were no towels in their and a door that shouldn’t have been open in the pool area was wide open. Over all it looked very creepy

The room we stayed in was recently renovated. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was hot and served promptly at 6:30 am. It was a nice breakfast with hot eggs, sausage and waffles. The morning staff was very pleasant.

The dumpster was overflowing with trash. There are feral cats all over the parking lot and they jump all over the cars. The hotel is next to a very dumpy motel with broken down trucks in the lot. This Comfort Inn charges a $50 deposit on top of the rate. I booked this hotel through Booking.com and nowhere does it mention this. So when I got to the motel, I had to pay an extra $50. The amount is credited back, but still I have never had to do this and I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels. Also, its not on the website so I felt blindsided. I was in town for a youth baseball tournament.

Motel was not very clean. I had an online reservation, so they charged me a 5.00 fee at check-in. The ac fan had auto low or high settings. I set it on high, but it still kicked off every five minutes..
