Positives:
The shower amenities were fantastic. Having full size bottles of soaps and lotions attached to the walls were ingenious and clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Being walking distance to so many big box stores, restaurants and shopping centers was incredible for a location close to the army installation, museums, parks and more.
Negatives:
There was mold in the shower, you can clearly see it was terribly patched up. More to hide the problem rather than fix it. The room was outdated, the beds and pillows too soft for comfort. The room said it was 70° but it felt much warmer and stuffier. A bathroom fan didn't exist so the humidity was off the charts. The alarm clock time was wrong and we couldn't fix it. The pool was great in theory, but the chemical levels were way off. The burning from the chlorine was so strong we didn't need signs to find the pool, you could smell and feel it. The cost of our stay was nowhere near what it was worth, we would have been better off at a Best Western or Days Inn. We paid for the name, not luxury.

The lobby was bright and the staff was very kind and friendly. Especially whomever was on breakfast service on 4/20/24.
Negatives:
The room was spacious but a bit tired and there was mold in the shower. It looked like it hadn’t been deep cleaned or polished up in a while. For the price, breakfast should be included.

Food was good. Stay was quiet. No loud people in the hallways during the night.
Room was clean. Easy to get connected to the internet. Location was good.
Negatives:
I didn't like the way the food choices were presented to me. There was no menu
to pick from. I ordered what she said was on the buffet and it was more food than I wanted.
Then after I had this large plate of food, I hear some other guest say the French Toast was
really good. Yes! The lady doing the food service didn't tell us there was FT. I order French Toast.
She was pretty overwhelmed with work. (Easter weekend) Serving food, taking orders, bringing food out and checking
people out. It overall slowed down the process of good service. Maybe people need
to give there order to the chef. But the worse part was no menu! If I am going to pay $24 for a breakfast,
I expect better service, and to say the least, I need a menu!

The associate lady at the breakfast bar was a little rude when we asked about how breakfast went she ha a attitude and told us to hurry up because we didn't have that long. And then asked us if we had the money to pay. When that happen we decided to go and eat elsewhere.
