Beds were hard and the tiles were broken in the bathroom. No trashcan in bathroom either. Had to wait 25 mins to checkin. Watched a couple get walked even with a reservation without the staff attempting to accommodate them based on their contract and thought that was very poor customer service.

The experience was a poor one their hotel staff was extremely rude and condescending she didn’t want to give me a receipt for a refund she agreed on giving when I told her there was mold in the bathroom.
Negatives:
The staff member Victoria, tried to convince me that I don’t know what mold is when I pointed out that there were places that evidently had mold. I was told that her manager would reach out to me and it never happened. I went back the next day to get a copy of my receipt and this young lady laughed in my face several times and told me that her word is better than a copy of a receipt. She antagonize this situation in the most disgusting manner, and she saw how frustrated I was, all I wanted was a receipt I lived really far away to obviously just take her word and frankly I don’t know her. She called the police on me although I never said anything threatening but honestly I will never stay at this hotel or any sister location ever again.

We slept in a made bed, that wasn't dirty. The room was decently cleaned, could've been cleaned better though.

The pool is disgusting, there were dead bugs everywhere, the door to enter the pool is so rusted the bottom of it is laying in pieces on the floor. The food smelled horrible for breakfast.

We stayed on the first floor and had a king bed it was great. There were nice vaulted ceilings and vinyl flooring. I had a great sleep because my rooms bed was so comfortable.
Negatives:
My mother-in-law was on the second floor and when you went into the second floor hallway there was an immediate smoke smell. Also, there was a small bug on their bed when they first checked in because a window in their room was cracked open. Obviously, this is a budget hotel, so if you are staying a night or two the value makes everything more reasonable.
