1. During check in the lady at the reception was complaining how bad her day was and she had lot of work to do. It took 20 mins just for my check in
2. While I was in shower my door was continuously knocked very loudly. When I came with towel to check, a guy very rudely said ac needs to be checked!!!
3. While checking out , another lady in the reception with the attitude that this is the last job she wanted to do on earth. When I checked if I can leave my luggage for few hrs as I had few hrs left for airport, she was not happy at all. After asking several questions said I could leave at reception with a very rude tone.

Amazing staff, very accommodating, fresh towels all the time, cosy bed. Manager Fallah very very special. He went out of the way, our cooker plate was slow, he actually found a solution and did the boiled eggs for us. Excellent location.
