the shower faucet and fixture wasn't even attached to the tile.
people in the hallway were loud.
the free breakfast was only granola bars, oatmeal packets and coffee it was GONE by 8:00.

The hallways were dirty and smelled like weed. The front desk was rude and when someone else complained about the smell, they gave them a bottle of cleaner.
The room that I booked and the room they confirmed was not even at the hotel. I was told they didn't have a two bedrooms at the property and then had to find another hotel at ten at night with two children after they cancelled the room.
