Positives:
The gentleman at the reception desk at check in, was extremely knowledgeable, polite, welcoming and exceptional in all facets. I would stay there again just to converse with this gentleman again. Unfortunately I did not catch his name as I was exhausted from driving, but he was tall and wore "round" glasses. He is an asset to your company and should be used to train others in his position at ALL of your facilities.

Musty smell with mold on doors and walls. Bought a can of Lysol to spray room. AC was dripping from ceiling onto the floor in a puddle. When I told the man at the desk that I had to put a towel on the floor to catch the water, he told me "good deal". As if that was the right way to take care of it.

I love everything about this hotel the rooms are roomy and comfortable the beds are amazing the staff is very friendly and positive

I do not at all of them elevators they are not well maintained they're very slow they really need to upgrade and they should not be charging $10 a night for parking when you're already paying $200 or more out of pocket per night plus our tax which is an additional 35 that I feel is a rip off to families who come there and really enjoy the hotel... And one more thing is the bathrooms are very small when you are a midsize person or person that is disabled or handicapped...

Positives:
Staff were very pleasant and welcoming. Rooms were very clean and spacious with a refrigerator and a microwave with two tvs and a living room a real suite. They had a happy hour daily in which the bartender was outstanding.
Negatives:
Apparently the town people know of the happy hour and breakfast to day the hotel gets busy and is a popular destination. Kitchen area needed some minor repairs as the vent was loose from the ceiling.
