The place was clean, comfortable and quiet.
Negatives:
Got food poisoning from the breakfast omelet bar. The staff did not handle the situation well. My husband asked for a late checkout because I was so sick and vomiting. The reception said no late check out. He asked to have the vomit filled bin removed and more fresh towels. It took over an hour for housecleaning to come. Assistant manager was not helpful or empathetic of the situation. As soon as I could walk we left the hotel before we would be charged another night. No one from the staff wanted to accept that it was food poisoning or check on my health. After 3 hours of clearing about my system, I felt better. Worst customer service experience.

The room was great, spacious and comfortable.
Negatives:
The bathroom was dated, but more importantly we were forced to pay extra per day for parking which was ridiculous and not at all disclosed up front. I would not have stayed there had i known in advance.
Positives:
Near the airport and plazas where you can find many restaurant options, it was quite but you could hear people in other rooms but it wasn't noisy. The room is very spacious.
Negatives:
Restroom was kind of small, there was no hair dryer in the room but it had an empty bag for it, I called reception and they said there was no housekeeping at the moment, so I couldn't wash my hair before my flight.
