The bathroom was dated, but more importantly we were forced to pay extra per day for parking which was ridiculous and not at all disclosed up front. I would not have stayed there had i known in advance.

Breakfast was great. Location was convenient and access was easy.

There was a power failure about 10 minutes before we arrived, so checkin was delayed and a bit uncertain. We nearly left for another hotel, but then the power returned, so we stayed.

My room type that was paid for was given away to another guest after I told them I would be checking in at 6:00pm. When asked front desk was told thought they needed it more than you!

The rooms were standard embassy suites quality.
Negatives:
Staffing was clearly not a priority. For example there was no wait staff in the restaurant. After waiting 20 mins I went and placed my order at the bar this was not ok. Also the hotel provided toiletries were of low quality, dial soap was not so great.
