Property was close to Metro station which made it easy to get to Washington. Beds were very comfortable, I dont normally get a good sleep in hotel but I did in this one.

The man at the front desk gave me a dirty room, used towels were on the floor and bed wasnt made. I asked if I could get a percentage off and he said for what. I then proceeded to say because you gave me a dirty room, I book with you all every 2 weeks when I come to see family. The least thing the man could have done was upgraded the room to a one bedroom or gave me a discount for the next stay. Or even a snack out the snack room but no. The man did not even apologize for what happened just put me in a different room with no apologies added

The pool was nice and kept well. The breakfast was a big variety of things for everyone. The room was bigger than expected and the bed was pretty comfortable.
Negatives:
We saw grills outside near the pool and wanted to grill steaks one night but unfortunately both grills were broken. There is also a bar in the lounge area. Tried to hit it up a couple times during their hours and it was never opened.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was delicious. And my concerns were met with more than considerate compensation. Also, our room was amazing!
Negatives:
The cleanliness of the bathroom...more specifically, the shower. However, the manager listened intently to what I had to say and came to see for himself what I was talking about to better be able to relay to his cleaning staff. He also compensated by moving us to a different room that was actually larger than the one we were in.
